Example Questions to Ask
You can ask very specific questions during your psychic reading. The more specific your question, the more specific my answer can be — so it’s worth writing your questions down beforehand.
Below is a list of example questions clients often ask during personal and phone readings. Feel free to adapt them, just keep them specific. (For email readings, see the email readings page instead, where the format is a little different.)
Write your questions down ahead of time so you remember to ask them all. As a guide, I can usually cover 3–4 questions in detail during a 30-minute reading, and 6–8 in detail during a 1-hour reading — though this varies with the questions themselves.
The Question I’m Asked Most Often
“What is my purpose in life?” Before asking me this one, I’d encourage you to read this article first — you may find you’re able to answer it yourself. Your purpose is deeply personal, and it’s not something I believe should be handed over to someone else to define for you, myself included.
General Questions
- What can I do to spiritually grow?
- How can I overcome constant negative thoughts?
- Once I realise what my purpose is, what’s likely to happen next?
- What can I do to release emotional pain that stays with me?
- How can I stop worrying about others’ opinions of me?
- What can I do to protect myself from psychic attack?
- Why do I keep finding myself in the same situation, again and again?
- What’s my purpose in life? (see the article linked above)
Relationship Questions
- What does my future hold with relationships?
- What will happen with my current relationship?
- I’ve met someone I like — what will happen?
- Will I meet someone I like? When, and where?
- Tell me about him or her.
- I like someone — what are their feelings toward me?
- I’ve recently split up with someone — what will happen?
- I suspect my partner is cheating — what’s going on?
- Why is my partner unhappy in our relationship? Why am I?
Finance Questions
- What does my future hold financially?
- My finances are currently difficult — will this change?
- My finances are currently good — will this continue?
- How can I improve my financial situation?
- I’m considering a major purchase or sale — what will happen?
Career Questions
- What changes are coming in my career over the next year?
- What’s my most suitable career?
- Should I continue with my current career?
- Why am I unhappy in my current career?
- I’m considering a new career or course of study — should I pursue it?
- I’ve applied for a job — what will happen?
Family Questions
- How will my family members’ future affect my life?
- Will my family member’s plans be fulfilled?
- Will my child do well in school?
Travel Questions
- Where do you see me travelling in the future?
- Will I travel in the near future?
- Should I travel now, or later?
Health Questions
- What’s my health outlook over the next two years?
- What’s my future with a specific health condition?
- Is there anything going on in my body I should be aware of?
Please also consult a health practitioner for all health-related matters — a reading can offer insight, but it isn’t a substitute for someone who is trained in anatomy, biology, and the energetic systems of the body.
